As a long-standing professional in the real estate industry, Jonathan began his real estate career in the title insurance business in 2005. He served as a liaison for the company dealing with all the clientele making sure they received everything they needed to bring their deals to the closing table.
In 2008 when the financial crisis began, Jonathan had shifted his focus to working with the partner law firm in assisting distressed homeowners negotiate loan modifications and short sales.
In 2010, Jonathan completed the NYS Real Estate Salesperson course to obtain his real estate license. He started as a part-time agent for a small brokerage while simultaneously working for JP Morgan Chase’s corporate office in Downtown, Brooklyn assisting in the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act Initiative. His division was responsible for coming up with solutions to reward servicemembers that were wrongfully foreclosed on while active on duty.
In 2012, Jonathan obtained his Mortgage Loan Originator’s license and focused on originating reverse mortgage loans. He assisted many senior citizens who were on limited fixed incomes by finding a solution where they were able to use some of the equity in their home to improve their lifestyle.
In the end of 2013, Jonathan took a leap of faith and decided to focus on real estate full-time. He joined a brokerage which allowed him to recruit agents to form his own real estate team. He quickly recruited members to his team eventually allowing him to form his own brokerage in 2015.
Today, Jonathan is the proud Broker/Owner of Alexander Madison Realty. His wife, Laura Lenoci, assists him with the day-to-day operations of the business. They both collectively manage 40 agents. They have been able to create a wonderful work environment for the agents around them. They strongly believe in reinvesting back into the company to provide the agents with all the resources they need to separate themselves from the rest. Jonathan and Laura have also formed a property development company where they acquire homes to renovate and sell or hold onto as rental properties.
Jonathan grew up in East Meadow and now currently lives in Long Beach with his wife and son. He loves the beach, playing beach volleyball, and taking in the ocean as much as he can in his off time. He is a dedicated father to his son, actively involved in his academic and athletic lifestyle. He enjoys going out to dinner, vacationing, and staying active.
Not only is Jonathan a well-trained, witty charismatic businessman, he also truly feels compassionate toward his clients who seek his expertise on matters ranging from his opinion of kitchen appliances to child safety to yard size. Jonathan understands that buying and selling a home are one of the largest decisions that a family will likely make, so he listens intently, and communicates extremely well with each of his clients.
