Laura Lenoci

Laura Lenoci is a truly passionate and caring Real Estate Professional. Real estate is a lifestyle for her. Laura began her journey in 2014 as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Progressive Realty Group. After just two short years, she became licensed by NYS as an Associate Broker allowing her the ability to own and operate real estate offices anywhere throughout New York.

While selling real estate, Laura simultaneously worked for a reputable Real Estate Attorney for over three years where she was responsible for administering real estate contracts and serving as a point of contact and liaison for bank attorneys, title companies, and many more.

Real estate quickly became her dream career so Laura went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate studies. She also became certified in commercial investment real estate. While she does not yet focus her attention in commercial real estate, she recently decided to delve into the investment side of real estate. As of late 2019, Laura began Gridhab Property Development, a company that specializes in the redevelopment of houses throughout Long Island. Her mission is to transform subtle properties into dream homes.

Laura grew up in Valley Stream and currently lives in Long Beach with her fiancé. She has sold homes, co-ops and townhouses in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens. She is known in the market for making seamless and pleasant transactions for both buyers and sellers in all three counties.

Laura uses an array of technology systems for the betterment of her clients. Such technologies include SEO marketing, virtual videos, showing apps, open house tablet systems and many more.
