John Nicolaou
As a Queens, New York native, John brings a great amount of knowledge to buying a home in the boroughs. Recently moving to the North Shore of Nassau County has helped mold John to be a well-rounded agent throughout the five boroughs of New York City as well as both Nassau and Suffolk County.
Having extensive work experience in General Construction, Engineering, and Project Management, John always lends a unique perspective on fixer-uppers and general renovations. A long list of contacts has helped many of his clients run through many renovations and property upgrades.
Describing the feeling of buying his first home with his wife some years ago as a significant milestone in his life, John takes immense pride in working with first time home buyers and holding their hands through the entire process. It’s a slippery slope if you don’t know what to look out for and take note of, and John makes the process seamless and turn-key for his clients.
